It’s fast and EZ to sign up. Register on our website ezcleaners247.com or through our app for free.

How do I place my first order with EZ Cleaners 24/7?

  • Sign up for an account on our website or App for free.
  • For using the EZ Cleaners 24/7 lockers, drop off your clothes in any secure bag (which will be returned to you with your order), and place your order with the locker number you dropped off your bag(s) in.
  • We’ll contact you by text and/or email when your order is ready for pick up.

How does concierge service work?

  • Place your order on our website or App.
  • Drop off your order in a secure bag with your concierge and we’ll pick it up. Be sure to complete and include a New Order Form (download here) in your bag so that we have your information.
    (please create a link for the form which we will provide later)
  • We’ll contact you when it’s been delivered back to your concierge and you may pick up at your convenience!
  • Place an order on our website or App and select Home Delivery. Please complete and include a New Order Form (download here) in your bag for us to have your information.
  • A driver will come during the designated time range to pick up your order.
  • You’ll receive a notification once your clothes have been checked in.
  • We’ll email you to schedule your delivery once your order is ready.

How may I update my contact information?

For both our website and App:

1. Log into your account
2. Go to Settings
3. Update your account information

How do I change my payment information?

On our website:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to “Credit Card”
  • Click on “Update Credit Card” and enter your new credit card information.
  • Click on “Add Credit Card”

On our App:

  • Go to Menu and select “Settings”
  • Select “Payments” and click on Edit
  • Add your new payment information and Save

How do I reset my password?

  • Go to our login page or App
  • Select the “Change/Forgot password” link
  • Follow the directions to reset your password

How do I view my order history?

For both our website and App:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to “My Orders”
  • View your current and past orders

How do I view the items I’ve previously cleaned?

For both our website and App:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to “My Closet”
  • View the pieces you previously cleaned.

Where do I enter a coupon code or a gift card code?

On our website:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to “Discounts”
  • Enter you coupon code or gift card code in the “Redeem a Gift Card” and click on the Submit button.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we offer gift cards for EZ Cleaners 24/7. Gift cards can be purchased and sent directly from your account here.

What happens if my item is damaged or lost?

We take every precaution to ensure your items are not damaged or lost. In the rare circumstance that something does happen, please email contact@ezcleaners247.com

How do I know how much my order costs?

Once EZ Cleaners 24/7 receives your order and itemizes it , we’ll send you an email with the total order amount. Also you may click here to view our price list.

How do I pay for my order?

When your order is picked up you will receive an email with your order details and a request for payment. Simply login to the website, select your order and pay with your credit card. We highly recommend using the convenient automatic payment option which means we will automatically charge your card for all future orders. Please make payments promptly so we can ensure there are no delays on your order.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

Currently EZ Cleaners 24/7 only accepts Credit Card payments. ATM cards will work as well as long as they have a VISA or MasterCard logo on them.

What if I don’t pay?

If a payment is not made to EZ Cleaners 24/7 within 2 days of your drop off date, unfortunately the lock on the unit will be changed so that other customers may be able to use the locker. We will then store your clean clothes at our facility and you may go to the my account section of our website to schedule a convenient delivery date. When your scheduled delivery date arrives, we will then place your clothes back in the locker and install your lock back on the locker. Then you may simply pickup your clothes at your earliest convenience using your key. (If we don’t receive payment within 30 days, your clothing will be donated to charity. (We highly recommend setting up the automatic payment method to help prevent this)

Does EZ Cleaners 24/7 have any hidden fees?

No hidden fees whatsoever. All of our prices are listed here. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

I want to set up an automatic payment option, but is it safe to do so?

Yes it is Absolutely Safe. EZ Cleaners 24/7 has partnered with Authorize.net which is the premier online payment processor, for this single reason. When you enter your credit card information, we don’t actually keep your credit card anywhere in our system. We keep a reference to your last transaction and when you have a new order, we make a request to authorize.net to simply charge you the same way you were previously charged. Therefore, we have absolutely no trace of your credit card number stored anywhere in our system.
